AUSTRALIAN WOMEN’S HEALTH DIARY

Background | About The Diary

Background

The Australian Women’s Health Diary is an important fundraising project of the Breast Cancer Institute of Australia (BCIA).

The aim of this unique diary is twofold: to raise an ongoing source of funding for the national clinical trials research programs of the Australian New Zealand Breast Cancer Trials Group, and to provide accurate and helpful health information to women of all ages.

Since the first edition was produced for the 1999 calendar year, the Australian Women’s Health Diary has raised a remarkable $6 million for the BCIA to support our breast cancer clinical trials research.

The diary has become an essential tool for women, not only for the practical diary features it includes, but because it is a handy source of relevant and empowering information to help improve general health and wellbeing.

We are very grateful to Seven News anchor, Chris Bath (pictured) for her ongoing commitment to the diary.

Our corporate partners play an important role in the success of the diary.  We are indebted to the creative team at The Australian Women’s Weekly for their help in producing the diary on our behalf since 1999.  We are also grateful to our other lead sponsors - Commonwealth Bank and Avon - for their continued, valuable support.

The 2011 Australian Women’s Health Diary will be available for just $14.95 from 22 September 2010:
